Ingrediente urzici pane:

-faina de grau,

Mod de preparare urzici pane:
-Se culeg urzici din padure sau de prin poieni si se clatesc in mai multe ape.
-Se pun ouale intr-un vas,se adauga putina sare, piper macinat si se mixeaza.
-Se dau urzicile prin faina de grau, prin ou batut si se prajesc in ulei incis pe ambele parti, apoi se pot servi. Sa aveti pofta si la pofta dragilor la o reteta plina de vitamine. Urzicile nefiind oparite isi vor pastra toate proprietatile sale si asa ne putem incarca de energie pentru o viata sanatoasa.
