  Parjolute cu sos!

  Ingrediente pentru parjolute:
  -1 kg.carne tocata de vita,
  -3 cepe mari,
  -1 caciulie de usturoi,
  -1 lingurita sare,
  -1 varf de cutit de piper macinat,
  -1 varf de cutit de cimbru,
  -1 varf de cutit de oregano,
  -4 felii de paine neagra,
  -4 oua.
  Pentru prajit:
  -300 ml.ulei.
  Ingrediente pentru sos:
  -3 linguri pasta de tomate,
  -300 gr.bulion de gogosari,
  -ierburi aromate,(oregano,piper macinat,cimbru,leustean),
  -300 ml.apa,
  -1 varf de cutit de sare.
  Mod de preparare pentru parjolute:
  -Se pune intr-un vas carnea tocata,ierburile aromate,sare,feliile de paine neagra inmuiata in apa si stoarsa bine,ceapa si usturoiul mixate la robot,ouale si se omogenizeaza compozitia.Se fac parjolute in podul palmei si se pun la prajit in uleiul incins.Se lasa se se prajeasca bine apoi se scot si se pun pe un prosop de hartie pentru a absoarbe surplusul de ulei.
  -Intr-un castron se pune pasta de tomate,bulionul de gogosari,sare,ierburi aromate,apa,se omogenizeaza si se toarna peste parjolutele care au fost puse intr-o tava.Se da tava la cuptor la foc mare pentru circa 20 minute sau pana se evapora putin din lichidul din tava.se scoate tava si se pot servi.Sunt absolut delicioase.Sa aveti pofta si la pofta dragilor!
